Server Status

1. Phone lines are open from 9am-6pm GMT. All of our call centres are based in the UK.

2. Support tickets are usually answered within 1hr. However, we operate a 4 hour response policy.

3. Abuse reports will be investigated before action is taken. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions.

4. Emails are not monitored 24x7x365 like our support tickets are, therefore we reccomend submitting a support ticket.
